| 内容記述 | Assuming that the physiological state of laver should come out to its chemical constituents, we carried out the chemical analysis of lavers grown in two kinds of nurseries, brackish and oceanic. As the environmental properties, water temperature, direction and velocity of water current, phosphate-P, ammonium-N and nitrate-N and as the chemical constituents of laver, total-N, water-soluble-N, amino-N, total-reducing sugar, water-soluble pigments, chlorophyll, crude-ash, K, Na, Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe, Si, P and S were observed and analysed as are shown in Fig. I and Table 2. This performance is a part of the studies on the relation between the environmental conditions and chemical constituents of laver, and here the results obtained only in 1957~1958 are reported. | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 河川水の影響を強く受ける場所と,沖合的性格の強い場所の2カ所でノリ義殖を行って,両点の海況の観測と生育したノリの化学的組成の分析を行った。海況の観測としては水温,流向,流速及び PO₄-P, NH₃-N, NO₃-Nを測定し,ノリの化学的組成としては全窒素,蛋白態窒案、水溶性窒素,アミノ態窒素,還元糖,水溶性色素,クロロフイル,粗灰分,K, Na, Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe, Si, P, Sを定量した。 | |||||||||||
