| 内容記述 | This report analysed statistically the consumption of marine products by pattern of household, using the same computerized database on monthly consumption or expenditure of household on marine food items as previously analysed for the consumption by age class and sex. All data were classified into 6 basic strata according to the amount of annual income. Firstly, each stratum was categorized into patterns indexed by number of household constituents and by age of oldest male in the household. Secondly, three specific patterns were adopted for each basic stratum: (1) household with three generations, (2) household with female older than 50 years of age and (3) household without adult male. It was indicated that the difference in the amount of consumption of the marine products, expressed in terms of average amount per person, was higher by pattern of age composition of household becoming higher in the household with more advanced age persons than by stratum of annual income. It was also demonstrated that the consumption by households exclusively with a couple was remarkably higher than that by households with children, showing a trend of less consumption with increasing number of children. As to fish sausage, however, its consumption was higher by households with more younger age persons and especially with more children than by others. "Three generation households" were not necessarily higher in the consumption compared to so called nuclear household (small family). Households with female of older than 50 years consumed more marine products, although showing a decreasing trend with increasing number of children, than those without advanced age female. In case of households without adult male, the consumption was less than that of households with adult male. | |||||
