| 内容記述 | To clarify the occurrence of bone abnormality in the hatchery-reared black porgy, 162 abnormal specimens which were reared at Nagasakiken Fisheries Co. Ltd. were examined with a soft-Xray and alcian blue stained method. Symptoms of 162 specimens ranging from 39 mm to 164 mm in body length were classified by the positions of abnormal bone, and percentage abnormalities were calculated. Symptoms and their percentages were summarized : abnormal upper jaw 18.5%, abnormal lower jaw 11.1%, abnormal operculum 11.7%, abnormal pre-dorsal spine 66.0%, fused vertebrae 26.6%, bent vertebral column 5.6%, depression of dorsal-fin base 6.2%, abnormal caudal bone 59.3%. Of these symptoms abnormal pre-dorsal spine and abnormal caudal bone were recognized in a high percentage, and they coincided well with other symptoms. | |||||

| 内容記述 | 長崎県栽培漁業センターで,1979年に人工採苗されたクロダイのうち,体長 39mmから164mmの骨格異常魚162尾について,症状の分類と症状別出現率の算出および異常骨の形態の記載を行い,人工採苗クロダイの骨格異常の概要を明らかにした。骨格異常の症状と各症状の出現率は以下のようであった。上顎の異常18.5%,下顎の異常11.1%,鰓蓋の異常11.7%,不完全神経間棘の異常66.0%,椎体の癒合26.5%,脊柱の屈曲5.6%,背鰭基底部の陥入6.2%,尾骨の異常59.3%。これらの症状のうち不完全神経間棘の異常と尾骨の異常は特に高率で認められ,その他の症状と併発する場合が多かった。 | |||||
