| 内容記述 | It was found that the extracts from the whole viscera of the apple snail Ampullarius canaliculatus degraded laminaran, xylan and carboxymethyl cellulose strongly. The degrading activity on xylan was optimal at pH 5.0 and I=0.11-0.14. Its activity was stable in the pH range from 4. 0 to 7.0 at 5°C for over-night. The xylanase (s) split xylan to yield D-xylose, L-arabinose and some xylooligosaccharides. | |||||

| 内容記述 | 1. リンゴガイの一品種 Ampullarius canaliculatus(スクミリンゴガイ)の内臓磨砕物中の多糖分解活性を調べたところ,ラミナラン,キシラン,CMセルロースに対する強い分解活性を認めた。アルギン酸,マンナンの分解活性は無かった。2. キシラン分解反応の至適 pHは5.0で,至適イオン強度は0.110~0.140 だった。また5℃ 1夜放置状態で,当活性は pH4.0~7.0 で安定だった。3. キシラン分解反応生成物としてD-キシロース,L-アラビノースの他に,数種のキシロオリゴ糖を薄層クロマトグラフィーにより検出した。 | |||||
