| 内容記述 | An observation was made on the histological changes in the testis of the precocious masu salmon parr, Oncorhynchus masou, especially during the maturing and post spawning period. The results obtained are summarized as follows : 1) The testes of Fry are occupied with germ cells at the spermatogonial stage. In Parr, the testes come to be composed of distinet lobules, in which many cysts are recognizable. The cysts contain germ cells of various stages of development from spermatogonia to spermatids. In precociously maturing Parr, the cysts full of mature sperm are broken down and the sperms gather in the central lumen of each lobule. In the testis of ripe phath, the wall of the testicullar lobules thickens and at the same time the periphery of the lobule disappears, along with the development of the intralobuler somatic cells. At this phase spermiation takes place. 2) After spawning, phagocytes appear making a row on the periphery of the lobule. They engulf the residual sperms, along with the enlargement of their size. 3) The testis at the initial phase of the following maturation shows a peculiar structure known in the seminiferous tubular type testis. 4) The classification of the testes into two types, lobular and tubular type, is discussed. | |||||||

| 内容記述 | サクラマスの早熟な残留型の魚の精巣を調べ,その発達過程並びに再成熟過程へ移行する時期の構造変化を組織学的に観察した. 1. Fry 期の精巣では生殖細胞として精原細胞のみが存在し,Parr期には精巣小葉の形が整えられ精娘細胞までの種々の発達段階の包囊が出現した.Precociously mature Parr期には精巣小葉内で包囊が崩壊し精子が内腔に集まる.Precociously ripe Parr 期の精巣では小葉間の間隙が肥厚し,小葉の輪郭が不明瞭となり,小葉周辺部に intralobularsomatic cell が発達する.この期に排精が起る. 2. 繁殖期を経過した精巣では小葉の輪郭が再び明瞭になり,内側に喰細胞が単層に配列し,内腔へ向って生長しながら残存精子を吸収する. 3. 残存精子の吸収が終り,再成熟過程へ移行する時期の精巣は細精管型の一時期のパターンを顕示した. 4. 魚類の精巢に関しての従来の類型分けについて検討した. | |||||||
