| 内容記述 | Content of lipid in ordinary muscle was measured for understanding metabolism of the lipid in Pacific saury, Cololabis saria (BREVOORT), during northward-migration from May to July 1979 and February to July 1980, and during southward-migration from August to December 1979. The samples consisted of fish at various stages from young of 7 cm to adult of 33 cm in body length, caught in the waters extending between Lat. 33°N to 45°N and Long. 134°E to 160°E. The northward-migration was characterized by the especially low lipid content of 0.9- 2.6% in ordinary muscle. The polar lipid of most specimens exceeded 50% of the total lipid and was one percent in ordinary muscle. Only starved specimens comprised extraordinary content of the polar lipid below 0.7% in ordinary muscle. During the southward-migration in the nearshore waters, the lipid content of adults over 29 cm in body length decreased significantly from 12.6% in ordinary muscle in August to 5.4 % in November. The fatness coefficient, (body weight in g/cube of body length in cm) x 1,000, also lowered from 4.9 to 4.0 on the average but the gonad showed significant advance. Thus the lipid appeared to have been consumed while the fish were maturing before reaching the Kuroshio Front. It was noted that triglyceride content decreased largely, but the polar lipid content stayed at a level around one percent in ordinary muscle. The other adult of 29 cm over taken in the waters of the Oyashio Front comprised only limited amount of lipid 2.3% to 3.1% in ordinary muscle. The fish were more advance in maturity and thinner in body than those taken in the nearshore waters. The constant polar lipid content and various triglyceride content were common for all the development stages under discussion. This indicated that fish at the young stage already gained such phygiological function as to reform lipids taken from food materials into tissue lipid (polar lipid) at almost constant level and the excessive lipid in the accumulated form (triglyceride). | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 北緯33°から45°まで,東経134°から160°までの海域で,1979年5月から7月並びに1980年2月から7月の北上期,及び1979年8月から12月の南下期の体長7cmの幼魚から33cm の大型成魚までのサンマを用いて,脂質含量と脂質組成を分析し脂質代謝について考察した.1) 北上期サンマの脂質含量は0.9~2.6%と特異的に低く,極性脂質の割合は大部分の個体で509以上である. また極性脂質含量が普通中0.7%以下の飢餓状態の個体がある.2) 南下期に沿岸域で採集した大型成魚は生殖腺を発達させながら,脂質含量が経時的に12.6%から5.4%に低下しやせていく.これは南下回遊中に貯蔵した脂質を主に成熟のために消費したと考える.脂質組成については南下に伴い普通肉中のトリグリセライド量は著しく減少するが,極性脂質は約1%と一定である,3) 南下期に親潮前線付近の海域で採集した大型成魚の脂質含量は2.3~3.1%と低い.これらの個体は生殖腺が発達しやせている.4) 普通肉中の極性脂質量は一定でトリグリセライド量は脂質含量の変化に伴って増減することが幼魚から成魚でみられる.このことから幼魚段階でほ餌として外部から吸収した脂質を体内で組織脂質と貯蔵脂質につくりかえる代謝機能ができていると推定する. | |||||||||||
