| 内容記述 | Experimental populations of the abalone, Haliotis discus hannai were reared for 154 days under conditions of five different food levels using the seaweeds, Undaria pinnatifida and Laminaria religiosa at a constant temperature of 17°C and a constant photoperiod of 12L-12D. The results indicate that dietary level influences not only quantitative development of the gonad but also spawning activity in response to an artificial stimulus. The influence of food level is greater in females than in males as shown by spawning rates. A daily feeding rate of at least 5% may be necessary when using effective accumulative temperature as the common index for conditioning adults which are 70-100 g in body weight for spawning at a constant temperature of 17°C. | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | 採卵用母貝を養成する際に摂食水準が成熟過程と産卵誘発率に影響を与えることが予想されるので,両者の関係を明らかにする目的で以下の実験を行なった.平均殻長80.5mm,平均体重71gのエゾアワビHaliotis discus hannai INO 各50個体からなる5群の実験個体群に,水温17℃,光周期12L-12Dの条件下で,飽食量,および飽食量のそれぞれ 65,40,26,17%の餌料を投与して154日間飼育し,成長,生殖巣指数および産卵誘発率を観測した,1. 摂食の水準は,生殖巣の量的な発達ばかりでなく,成熟の進行にも影響を与え,摂食水準の低い個体群の産卵誘発率は同一の成熟有効積算温度においても,相対的に低く推移した、その影響は特に雌において顕著である.2. 成熟有効積算温度を採卵用母貝養成上の基準として適用するためには,産卵誘発率の結果から飼育温度17℃の場合,体重70~100gの母貝では,平均日間摂餌率で59以上の摂食水準の保障が必要であると考えられる.3. 定水温,飽食条件下で母貝を養成した例(菊地·浮1974a)の,飼育開始後100日までの日間摂餌率(Y,%)(摂食した海藻の湿重量/体重)と飼育温度(X,℃)の関係は次式で表わされる;Y=0.4291X-0.1501. | |||||||||
