| 内容記述 | Morphological characters and heterosis in three local varieties of Undaria pinnatifida, "Shiogama" in Miyagi Pref., "Murakami" in Niigata Pref. and "Syukunohe" in Iwate Pref. were examined. The self-propagated plants and hybrids were cultured in Mastushima Bay in Miyagi Pref ., The thallus morphology of the specimen from Syukunohe was different from both the Shiogama and Murakami. Thallus morphology of the self-propagated plants were similar to that of the parents. Growth of Murakami and Syukunohe was worse than that of Shiogama. Total length, blade length and blade width of the hybrid thallus were greater than that of the parents, suggesting heterosis in growth. | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | 宮城県塩釜,新潟県村上および岩手県宿戸で採集した形態の異なるワカメを母藻として,自殖および交雑を行ない,ワカメの形態変化と生長に対するへテロシス効果を調べた.自殖ワカメの形態では,移殖によってもそれぞれの母藻の形態的特徴を有していたが,雑種ワカメでは,それぞれの親の中間の形態を示した.生長においては,自場である塩釜の自殖ワカメが他の自殖ワカメと比べて良かった.また雑種ワカメの全長,葉長,葉幅においては,頭著なへテロシス効果が認められた. | |||||||||
