| 内容記述 | Annual variation of the Sargassum horneri population in Matsushima Bay was investigated once a month in the period from July, 1986 to September, 1987, and annual net production was estimated. S. horneri germinated in late summer. Its growth was slow in autumn and winter and rapid in spring. Growth rate of the plants reached a maximum in late spring. They began to mature in late spring just after maximum growth. The population density and standing crop reached maxima of 168 plants/m2 in early winter and 19,212.1 g wet weight/m2 in late spring, respectively. The annual net production was estimated to be about 22,000 g wet weight/m2/year in Matsushima Bay. | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | 松島湾のアカモク群落において1986年7月~1987年9月の間に毎月1回,方形枠採集によって群落の周年変化を明らかにし年間純生産量の推定を行った.アカモクは晩夏に萌出し,生長は秋~冬季に緩やかで,春季に速くなり,晩春に全長186.3cm,個体重292.8gと年間最大となる.成熟は個体の生長が最大に達した晩春に始まり,夏季に個体が枯死流失するまで続く.密度は初冬に168個体/m2と最大に,現存量は晩春に19,212.1g/m2と最大になる.年間純生産量は約22,000g/m2と推定され,他の多年生のホンダワラ科やコンブ科植物と同程度の値を示す. | |||||||||
