| 内容記述 | Distribution of some developmental stages and growth of Euphausia pacifica HANSEN were studied on the basis of Norpac net hauls (0-150 m) in the northwestern Pacific around the Tohoku area between February and November in 1994. A high abundance of the five developmental stages tended to occur in an area associated with the contours of T100=5℃ and 10˚C. The distribution of the five stages seem to be largely affected by the movement of the these two contours. In August, when the collection was carried out over a broad area, compared to other months, adults were distributed not only in the above areas, but also widely in waters colder than the contour of T100=5℃ where eggs and early larvae were seldom sampled. So we suggest that the spawning and recruitment to early larval stages may occur mainly in the warmer part of the distributional area of the adults during August. The most active spawning and recruitment to early larval stages seems to occur mainly in April-June. The average growth of adults in the Tohoku area seems to be favorable in March-May (about 1.7 mm/month), but stagnant in August-November and February-March. | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | 1994年2月から11月の間に東北ブロックの水産試験場等合計13の国公立研究機関によって採集された改良型ノルパックネット標本をもとに,東北海域におけるツノナシオキアミ(Euphausia pacifica)の周年の発育段階別分布及び成長について調べた結果,以下に示す知見が得られた.1 各月の平均的な水塊配置と発育段階別の分布状況との関係を調べた結果,いずれの発育段階も周年100m深5℃線と100m深10℃線の間に多く分布する傾向がみられた.そのため,東北海域における本種の分布は主に100m深5℃並びに10℃の配置に大きく影響されると考えられる.但し,今回の採集範囲では,8月以外の月についての100m深5℃線より低温側における分布の実態が明らかにされなかった.2 南北に広く採集された8月において上記の関係をみると,卵や幼生は100m深5℃線と100m深10℃線の間を中心に分布していたが,成体は100m深5℃線と10℃線の間のみならず100m深5℃線より低温側に広く分布していた.このことより,当時期における産卵活動は成体の分布域に対して相対的に暖かい水域で行われていると考えられる.3 採集時の100m深水温値と個体数密度をもとに,月別水域別の発育段階毎の平均個体数密度と出現頻度を調べた結果,産卵盛期は春季(4~6月)にあり,とりわけ親潮系冷水域において活発であったと考えられる.4 100 m深15℃未満の水域でかつ夜間に採集された標本をもとに,東北海域における平均的な成長過程を追跡すると,生後約1年とみなされる同時発生群は春季の3月から5月にかけて約13mmから18mmと比較的大きな成長を行ったと考えられる.一方,夏季から冬季(8月~11月及び2月~3月)にかけて顕著な成長は認められなかった. | |||||||||
