| 内容記述 | Brook trout (Salvelinus fontinalis) were immunized by a single intraperitoneal injection of formalinized Aeromonas salmonicida. After five weeks, blood was taken from immunized brook trout and antiserum was fractionated by column chromatography on Sephadex G-200, Sepharose 6B, Sepharose 4B and Sephacryl S-300. Each fraction was measured at an optical density of 280 nm, and asseyed for antibody activity. The agglutinin activity was found in void volume on Sephadex G-200 and Sephacryl S-300, in Kav = 0.3 on Sepharose 6B, and in Kav = 0.4~0.5 on Sepharose 4B, respectively. These results show that anti-A. salmonicida brook trout agglutinin was an antibody of high molecular weight similar to human IgM. A low molecular weight antibody similar to human IgG or piscine IgM monomer was not detected. | |||||

| 内容記述 | (1) カワマスに Aeromonas salmonicida ホルマリン死菌を腹腔内接種し,産生される血中凝集抗体をゲル沪過法で調べた。(2) A.salmonicida ホルマリン死菌はカワマスに対して免疫原性を持ち,血中凝集抗体が検出された。(3) 産生された凝集抗体はヒトIgMに相当する高分子抗体1種類であり,低分子抗体は検出されなかった。 | |||||
