| 内容記述 | Metabolites of nalidixic acid, oxolinic acid, and piromidic acid in the bile and the urine of rainbow trout were identified by thin-layer chromatography after oral administration of these compounds. In the bile of the fish administrated with nalidixic acid or piromidic acid, unchanged drug, two unconjugated metabolites which were hydroxylated derivatives, and conjugated metabolites with glucuronic acid of these three metabolites were identified. In the bile sample of oxolinic acid, unchanged one, its glucuronide, and two unknown glucuronides were also detected. In the urine sample with each treatment group, both unchanged drug and its glucuronide were found and two unconjugated metabolites of piromidic acid were also detected. These results indicate that these compounds were hydroxylated and/or conjugated with glucuronic acid in rainbow trout. | |||||||
