| 内容記述 | Electrophoretic and chromatographic patterns of hemolymph proteins of the pearl oyster, Pinctada fucata, were analyzed. By sodium dodecylsulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), hemolymph proteins were separated into approximately thirty bands ranging from 10 to 200 kDa in non-reducing condition. Both gel filtration on a Superose 6 column and anion exchange chromatography on a Mono Q column gave seven protein peaks. Obtained patterns by SDS-PAGE and gel filtration indicate that pearl oyster hemolymph is abundant in relatively low molecular weight proteins of 10-30 kDa. The presence of two glycoproteins and one glycolipoprotein in hemolymph was also demonstrated. | |||||
