| 内容記述 | Young yellowtail (Seriola quinqueradiata) were exposed to total ammonia (NH₄-N+NH₃-N) or nitrite nitrogen (NO₂-N) in 96 hr-LC₅₀ toxicity tests. The 96 hr-LC₅₀ value of total ammonia to young yellowtail was 28 ppm, and that of nitrite nitrogen was more than 147 ppm. However, from the observation of body color change, it seems likely that the health of young yellowtail is influenced by the nitrite nitrogen at lower level of the concentration more than by total ammonia. | |||||
