| 内容記述 | Growth and vitellogenesis of hybrid sturgeon between female Huso huso and male Acipenser ruthenus, so-called "Bester" were studied. Total length increased rapidly during from introduction year (0 age) to the following two years, but body weight increased from one year (one age). The growth curves of besters were estimated as the following formulas. male: Lt = 123.2(1 - e⁻⁰·²⁵⁹⁽ ᵗ ⁻ ⁰·¹²⁴⁾), female: Lt = 148.3(1 - e⁻⁰·¹⁸⁵⁽ ᵗ ⁻ ⁰·²¹³) (where, t: age, Lt: total length (cm) at t-age). The condition factor showed a tendency to increase with the increment of body length. The most early vitellogenin formation was observed in five-year-old fish with high condition factor. We can estimate the developmental condition of ovary by indices of age, condition factor and amount of vitellogenin in serum. | |||||

| 内容記述 | 1. 本邦へ導入後のチョウザメ交雑種“ベステル”の成長と成熟について検討した。2. 成長は導入年からはじまり1年目まで急増し,その後は緩やかに増加するが体重は1年目から急増した。3. ベステルの平均成長曲線は次式を推定した。雄:Lt=Lt = 123.2(1 - e⁻⁰·²⁵⁹⁽ ᵗ ⁻ ⁰·¹²⁴⁾) 雌:Lt = 148.3(1 - e⁻⁰·¹⁸⁵⁽ ᵗ ⁻ ⁰·²¹³) (ここでt:年齢,Lt:年齢t時の全長) 4. 肥満度は体長が大きくなるにしたがい,増大する傾向がみられた。5. 卵黄形成開始時期には年齢と成長が関係し,5才から卵黄形成が開始され,9才では全個体で卵黄形成が始まった。6. ベステル生殖腺の発達状態は,年齢,肥満度,免疫学的手法による血清中のビテロゲニン検出等の複数指標によって把握される。 | |||||
