| 内容記述 | An experimental field nursery culture of the Japanese clam, Pseudocardium Sachalinensis was performed in an artificial pond fenced by iron plates. It was constructed near the sandy beach inside of the fishing port. The length of each side of the plates was 2.8m, and the height of the wall was 1.2m from seabed with sixty-four holes being bored for water exchanging. The water depth due to the tide changed from 0.1m to 1.5m. The water levels of the inside and outside of the pond were measured and volume of water exchange were estimated. The wave transmission coefficient by seiche and long-period waves was greater than that by the short-period waves. However, water exchange by short-period waves was much greater than that by the others. The volume of water exchange was estimated to be about 400m3 per day. | |||||||||||||||||
