| 内容記述 | We observed the behavior of tuna (Thunnus thynnus orientalis) in response to a variety of underwater sounds such as feeding sounds of tuna, engine noise of a small boat, call of a killer whale (Orcinus orca) , calls of bottlenose dolphins (Tursiops truncatus) and Risso's dolphins (Grampus griseus) , pure tone signals of 300Hz and 500Hz and sound of iron drum. The tuna were kept in a net enclosure. A scaning sonar was used to observe the behavior of tuna school. The tuna were attracted to the surface by the feeding sounds and the engine noise of which sound pressure level was above 120 dB re 1 µPa. Other sounds dispersed the tuna school. Calls of odontocetes were effective at 10 dB sound pressure level lower than pure tone signals. | |||||||||
