| 内容記述 | Tozen Bay, located at Japan Sea off 60 Km from Honshu, is consisted of three islands and has three tidal inlets. Two field investigations with 4~5 tidal stations, 5~7 flow stations, more than 10 salinity and water-temperature stations and trace survey of dye injection and floats were performed in 1979 and 1980. The main results are as follows; 1 before interpretation of the results of investigation, it is desirable to well know the sea current and the wind as the background of flow characteristics of the site, 2 the sea water interchange is mainly influenced by tidal action though there have been suspected entering of outer sea current, seiche, run up of internal waves, etc, 3 measured flow rate at the inlets overwhelms the flow rate calculated with tidal range and surface area, so measured one can be said a passing-through flow rate and this is verified by the plane flow patterns. | |||||
