| 内容記述 | This study investigated the relationships between the eyed-egg ratio and sperm motility time, sperm motility rate and ovarian fluid pH in Chum salmon, to identify biomarkers for risk assessment of dead eggs. During each day of the study, we compared the biomarkers made from 20 salmon which were stocked for propagation to the eyed-egg ratio in hatcheries. Ovarian fluid pH, sperm motility time, and sperm motility rate were related to low eyed-egg ratio during the early period of artificial insemination. Our results suggest that the ovarian fluid pH, sperm motility time and sperm motility rate are meaningful biomarkers for the management of eyed eggs. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 人工授精の目的で蓄用したサケ親魚の群から精子運動時間，精子運動率および雌の体腔液の pH を測定した。9 月下旬から 10 月下旬まで 5 回の調査を行い，調査日ごとの各測定値と増殖事業で人工授精した卵の発眼卵数とを比較した。その結果，精子運動時間，精子運動率および体腔液 pH は，低発眼率の問題が生じる人工授精時期の早期に，低い測定値を示すことが確認された。この結果から，精液・卵の評価指標の測定値をもとにした，死卵発生のリスク評価方法を提案した。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||
