| 内容記述 | Morphological and cytochemical characteristics of neutrophil in tiger puffer, Takifugu rubripes were examined by light microscopy and the components of neutrophil granule were inferred in this study. The neutrophil were round and the nucleus round to kidney-shaped. Granules of the neutrophil possessed a large number of eosinophilic granule (αG), chromophobic granule (βG) and a few of amorphous basophilic body (Yasumoto (Y)-body : formerly amorphous basophilic granule (βG)). The Q G was round to rod-shaped and the Romanovsky type staining pattern of the granule was influenced by pH and concentration of diluent of the staining solution. The βG was round to oval, unstained by Romanovsky type stain and peroxidase positive. The Y-body was toluidine blue positive. | |||||||||||||||||
