| 内容記述 | Four size groups of Haliotis discus hannai with mean shell length 0.33 to 26 mm were reared under six different temperature means from 10.8 to 25.4°C over a 30 to 32 day period. Diet consisted primarily of benthic micro algae Ulvella lens and Synedra tabulata. The regression line Y=14.75 (T-7.8) obtained might be employed as a standard of juvenile growth for the abalone between the size at formation of the first respiratory pore to about 30 mm related to temperature below 20˚C under adequate nutritional conditions where Y is the daily shell growth rate (μm/day) and T is the temperature (˚C) exposed. The dominant micro algae U. lens and S. tabulata were not considered suitable diets for post settlement juveniles. | |||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 大きさの異なる4群(平均殼長0.33,4.6,14,26mm)のエゾアワビ Haliotis discus hannai INO 稚貝を,6段階の水温条件(平均10.8,13.6,16.4,19.7,22.5,25.4℃)下で,付着性微小藻類の Ulvellalens と Synedra tabulata が優占種となっている飼育板上で30~32日間飼育し,次の結果を得た.1. 殻長4.6mmの稚貝の殻長の成長速度 Y(μm/日)と,飼育水温 T(℃)の関係はY= 14.75(T-7.8)として表わせられた,本式は一般に20℃以下の飼育水温条件下では,第1呼水孔形成期以降 30mm前後までの稚貝の成長速度と水温の関係式として用いることができよう.2. 優占種の U.lens および S.tabulata は底生移行直後の稚貝の生残ならびに成長には不適当と考えられる, | |||||||||||||||||||
