| 内容記述 | To compare growth and body composition of two races of carp, Yamato and Mirror, fingerlings were raised in indoor aquaria supplied with 25℃ heated well water for 45 days. For each race, three groups ( Yamato, 6.7±0.9g and Mirror, 5.7±1.1g) were fed a commercial diet four times daily, and six days weekly. The daily amounts of the diet were fixed at 8% of the initial body weight throughout the test period. Yamato showed better growth rate and feed efficiency than those of Mirror. The daily specific growth rate and feed efficiency of Yamato were 2.91% and 94.4%, respectively, while those of Mirror were 2.38% and 65.7%. After the feeding trial, 10 fish from each group were taken for proximate analyses. Contents of crude fat and ash of two races were significantly different (p<0.01), however, differences of protein and moisture contents were not significant (p>0.01). Correlation between crude fat content and moisture content was significant in both races (p<0.01). From relationship between crude fat (x) and moisture (y) contents, following regression equations are obtained; Yamato: y=80.7-0.88x, r =- 0.79, Mirror: y=82.5- 1.40x, r =- 0.68. No correlation between body weight and proximate composition was found in both races. | |||||||

| 内容記述 | ヤマトゴイ(諏訪産)およびカガミゴイの体成分を比較する目的で,両品種を25℃の調温水を注入した屋内水槽で1日の給餌量(市販配合飼料)を初期体重の8%に限定して45日間飼育し,終了後飼育魚の一般成分を分析した。1. カガミの平均日間成長率および飼料効率はヤマトよりもかなり低かった。2. 成長のバラツキは,両品種間に大きな差は認められなかったが,実験開始時の CVが大きな水槽は,終了時のCVも大きい傾向がみられた。3. 体成分中蛋白質および水分含量は,両品種間に差はみられなかったが,粗脂肪含量は,ヤマトが平均4.5%,カガミは3.7%で,品種間に差が認められ(P<0.01),また灰分含量は,ヤマトが平均2.7%,カガミは3.0%で差は小さかったが有意の差(P<0.01)が認められた。4. 両品種とも水分と粗脂肪含量との間に有意な相関関係が認められ(P<0.01),ヤマトはy=80.7-0.88x,カガミは y=82.5-1.40xの回帰直線式が得られた。 | |||||||
