| 内容記述 | The object of this investigation is to estimate viability of coastal protection facilities, fishing port construction and so on against runup of tsunami. As the first step, a hydraulic experiment on a detached breakwater and with no structure was carried out. Sea bottom slope was 1/30. Offshore distance, slope of runup surface and characteristics of tsunami were varied. Detached breakwaters were of permeable, impermeable and continuous impermeable varieties. As a result of the experiment, the following correlations were clarified. 1) The effect of opening width and overflow were larger than of permeability on construction. 2) The figure of maximum runup height in longshore direction was related to wave diffraction by construction. 3) Surface elevation around shoreline was influenced by construction and slope of runup surface mainly. | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 離岸堤が無い場合,選上面勾配の違いによる遡上高の変化の傾向が,岩垣らの実験結果と一致する。2 離岸堤による津波遡上高の低減効果は10~25%である。離岸堤の種類別では,連続不透過堤,開口部付透過堤,開口部付不透過堤の順に津波遡上に対する低減効果が大きい。津波の越流を完全に防ぐほどの高天端の離岸堤を設置しても,離岸堤の開口部からの流入の影響が大きいため,大きな低減効果は期待できない。4 斜面上における最大遡上高の沿岸方向分布は,最大遡上高を生ずるまでの遡上距離(遡上時間)により決まる。この遡上距離は,遡上面勾配や津波波高の影響を受ける。5 連続堤のように沖向きに流れる水流を遮断する場合には,汀線近くにおいて水位上昇がみられ,その場合,入射波形や遡上面勾配の影響により水位上昇の状況が異なる。しかしながら,本実験で用いた孤立波的な波の取り扱いに関し,通常の周期波のように波高,周期としてとらえるか,また,週上面勾配を変化させることによる汀線での波の変形をどのように扱うか等,さらなる検討を必要とする問題点も多い。今後は,選上高の測定方法や汀線付近の凹凸をなくす等の実験設備の改良も含め,残された諸問題の解決するとともに,数値計算による検討も行っていく予定である。 | |||||||||||
