| 内容記述 | We investlgated the effbct of artificial spawnlng beds on egg development and hatching in the Pacinc herring Clupea Pallasii. We compared hatching rates by uslng three difftrent apparatuses of copper Ma-bushi（CM），which is a brush of palm fibers bundled with copper wire，iron Mabushi（IM），which is a brush of palm fibers bundled with iron wire，and Fukabon（FB），which is a square plate made of a nylon net in a wooden frame．Hatching rates were 0％（CM）and from14.0％ to around 49．5％（IMandFB）. These results suggest that wire materials of Mabushi could seriously afftct embryonic development tand hatching rates of Pacinc herrlng． | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | ニシンの人工産卵基質として従来のマブシを使用したふ化率は、ふ化盆を使用した場合より低いことから、マブシの素材がニシンの卵発生に及ぼす影響を調べた。銅線を芯材とした従来のマブシを用いる銅芯マブシ区、銅線の代わりに鉄線を芯材とした鉄芯マブシ区、マブシを入れない対照区のふ化率等を比較した結果、銅芯マブシ区におけるふ化率は0%であったのに対し、鉄芯マブシ区および対照区では14.0～49.5%であった。このことから、マブシの素材である銅芯がニシンの卵発生に甚大な影響を及ぼすことが明らかとなった。 | |||||||||||||||||
