| 内容記述 | Most jack mackerel Trachurus japonicus caught from the Sea of Japan are mainly spawned in the East China Sea and migrate into the Sea of Japan through the Tsushima Strait. This study was conducted to identify this migration route. Surveys were conducted by three research vessels using midwater trawls to determine the distribution of pre-recruit Jack mackerel and its relation to the Tsushima Current from late May to middle of June in 2002. Jack mackerel were caught in 42 of 48 tows （maximum catch : 474, station average : 38.2）. The average fork length at each station ranged 28.3-54.2mm. Based on previously published age-length data, these fish were estimated to have hatched between April and early May in 2002. Jack mackerel were caught mainly in the onshore branch of the Tsushima Current, and few were caught in the off shore branch, suggesting that most pre-recruit jack mackerel were transported into the Sea of Japan by the onshore branch of Tsushima Current. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 日本海で漁獲されるマアジ Trachurus japonicus の多くは東シナ海で生まれ，対馬海峡を通って日本海に来遊する。本研究はその移入経路を明らかにする目的で行った。調査は，加入前のマアジの分布，および対馬暖流との関係を調べるために3隻の調査船によって中層トロールネットを用いて2002年5月下旬～6月上旬に実施した。中層トロール試験では，実施した48回の曳網中，42回の曳網（最大474個体，平均38.2個体）でマアジを採集した。各調査点で採集したマアジの平均尾叉長は28.3～54.2mm（平均40.2mm）であり，これまでの飼育個体の成長記録を基に4月から5月上旬に生まれたと判断した。沿岸分枝流域で加入前のマアジを多く採集したが，沖合分枝流域ではほとんど採集できなかった。この結果は多くのマアジは加入前に対馬暖流の沿岸分枝から日本海に来遊することを示している。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||
