| 内容記述 | We designed a new labor-saving method to simplify black rockfish seedling production. In our method， fish larvae were reared in the harvest tank of the extensive continuous rotifer culturing system until 15 days after birth（DAB）．We compared the hours worked，1arval survival rates and larval growth with the control plot，and found the new method to result in shorter working hours and higher larval survival rate. Additionally，the differences in total length（TL）at 15 DAB（1arger differences cause increased cannibalism）were smaller in the labor-saving method than in the control plot，although the mean TLs were similar. Based on these results，we consider our labor-saving method to be effective in black rockfish seedling production. | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | クロソイの種苗生産における効率化のため、ワムシの粗放連続培養の収穫槽で本種の仔魚を飼育する「ワムシ収穫槽利用飼育」を15日齢まで行い、作業時間、生残率、成長について従来の飼育方法と比較した。その結果、職員の作業時間は大幅に短縮できた。また、生残率は90%以上で、対照区で確認された生残率の大幅な低下は起こらなかった。さらに、対照区と同様のサイズまで成長したことに加え、成長差が少なく、クロソイの種苗生産後期で起こる共食いの防止に効果的と考えられた。 | |||||||||||
